二 | 第一，建议要多次少量饮水，不要等到口渴了才饮水。
三 | 很多人有一种等到口渴才饮水的习惯，其实口渴已经是身体发的信号，是体内津液缺失的标志，建议20分钟左右喝一次水，大概每次100-150毫升，每天饮水1500-2000毫升左右。总体来说，这样喝水少量多次不会加重脾胃的负担，如果一次大量的饮水，等到口渴再饮水，会增加脾胃负担，有些水湿还不能及时的排出体外，形成湿浊，有的时候会导致胃胀，小便偏多，身体浮肿、身体困重的情况。第二，喝温水，不喝凉水，不建议喝冰水。夏天喝冰水确实能够带来一时凉爽的感觉，但是从中医的角度来看，夏天人体的阳气是浮在肌表的，脾胃等脏腑相对属于虚寒的状态。如果这时候大量的饮用冰水，会表现为寒邪直中脾胃，损伤脾阳，轻则会导致腹胀腹泻，甚至可能直接感冒，重则损伤脾胃，出现胃痛、反酸等症状。喝30-40度的温水，不仅不会刺激胃肠，反而能够导致身体毛孔打开，通过排汗的方式来散热，这才是一种真正的降温方式。
四 | 第三，根据出汗的情况决定是否补充盐分。如果是短时间少量的出汗，喝一些白开水就可以了，因为身体会通过其他的饮食方式补充盐分，但如果长时间在户外大量出汗，汗液中不仅带走了水分，汗液中还有很多盐分被带走了，如果光喝白开水容易导致体内的电解质出现失衡的状况。因此，应该饮用淡盐水或者运动型的饮料，也可以饮用酸梅汤，这样既能生津止渴，又能够帮助补充身体的能量。第四，出汗以后不要马上大量的喝水。尤其是剧烈运动或长时间的户外工作后，呼吸、心跳还没有平稳，应该先休息几分钟，等呼吸平稳以后再小口慢饮。也可以泡五味子、麦冬茶，这两个是常用的药食两用的食材，用沸水冲泡以后饮用，既能够补充身体的水分，又有利于缓解出汗以后导致的疲劳感。
