三 | 强经济、增活力。项目全部投产后，每年可带来约50亿元产值、4.5亿元税收，直接拉动固定资产投资，催生一大批就业岗位，实实在在增加群众收入。 延链条、聚产业。忠县深化与长寿等化工园区的对接合作，探索共建飞地园区，构建“资源在忠、加工在外、利益共享”机制，向上延伸勘探研发，向下拓展精深加工，带动能源装备、技术服务配套产业集聚，向着500亿级能源产业集群目标迈进。 提能级、升位势。
